Two tables, horizontal surfaces such as two-dimensional projections of organic forms, glide over one another, overlap.
The result is an uneven and harmonious composition, enhanced by the choice of material and color of the floor. Phoenix, fabulous bird of Arabia who died on a pyre to be reborn from its ashes, there is no trace; the reference, rather, is to science fiction, the legendary USS Phoenix NCX-101138 of Star Trek."
